The Need
Algonac Lions Club lacked ownership and control over their core digital assets. Key platforms including their Facebook page, Google Business Profile, and domain were controlled by third parties, creating risk, limiting access, and making it difficult to manage their public presence.
In addition, internal processes were fragmented and largely manual, with no centralized system for managing events, documents, communication, or digital accounts. The organization needed both control over its digital infrastructure and a more structured operational foundation.

Algonac Lions Club now has full ownership and control over its core digital assets, including Facebook, Google Business Profile, domain access, and internal systems.
Their online presence now reflects a nonprofit organization first, not just a banquet hall rental space.
