I started Anchor Office Co. after spending years in healthcare and organ donation, a field where there is absolutely no room for error. Every document, every policy, every deadline carried weight. That environment taught me that details aren’t optional, they’re everything.
Working in highly regulated healthcare operations shaped how I think: structured, compliance-minded, and methodical. I learned how to manage complex information, meet strict requirements, and build systems that hold up under pressure. Accuracy wasn’t a bonus, it was the standard.
At the same time, I deepened that operational foundation by pursuing my MBA in Business Data Analytics. That education changed how I approach small business support. I don’t just “set things up.” I think in terms of workflows, data flow, automation, visibility, scalability, and long-term structure.
Every website, form system, Google profile, or process I build is designed with intention — not just aesthetics.
But my connection to small business runs deeper than education.
I grew up around entrepreneurs. My grandfather ran a mobile mechanic service. My mom operates her own estate sale company. I’ve watched firsthand how small business owners juggle customers, paperwork, marketing, and daily operations, often without structured systems behind the scenes.
Over the years, I helped my family organize their administrative processes, and I saw how overwhelming it can feel to manage documents, filings, digital platforms, and setup tasks alone, especially when traditional “consulting” feels expensive, corporate, or out of reach.
That’s why I created Anchor.
